Trends in Housing Prices 1995-2021: Role of Expectations
In the past 15 years, the Israeli housing market experienced an unprecedented rise in prices. The current presentation will review the state of affairs in the housing market in Israel for 1the 995-2021 period, compared to other OECD countries. In addition, the first draft of housing prices model with expectations, will be presented.
